Four things placed under the same instrument, until each arrives at the same condition.
A fruit lifted from Bosch. A plant. A living organism recorded under magnification. Solar video from NASA. Each is subjected to the same treatment and set turning, and the loop is closed so precisely that no beginning or end can be found in it.
The works were made alongside the installations and share their logic in the simplest possible form: a system that runs on its own, indefinitely, for no one. What a loop of this kind produces is not an image of a thing but a condition — the state a body reaches once it has been made to repeat itself without rest.
They are shown here as the opening of this site, where they run as they were meant to: continuously, without a beginning, and without waiting for a visitor.
