Wind Flute, 2015

An array of PVC and other pipes mounted to the ceiling as one end exits the window of the bomb shelter floor where it was located connecting with another pipe to an air compressor pumping air. At the other end is a whistle taken from within a rubber duck. As the air is pushed through the tube from the thick end into the narrow end in the the enclosed space a deep vibrating sound is produced.

Next to the pipes is a periscope looking out and up offering the outside view of the Dead Sea against the background of the air compressor to those who come next to it.
